Eligible Cases for Refund or Resend: We offer a full refund or free resend in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Product quality is poor
• Wrong product delivered
• Product not received

In the above cases, you do not need to return the product. Simply contact us with clear photo or video evidence within 30 days of delivery. You may choose between a refund or a resend based on your preference.

Required Evidence:

• Clear photos or video of the damaged/incorrect product
• Photo of the packaging
• Your Order Number and registered email address

Non-Eligible Cases: We do NOT offer refunds in the following cases:

• Wrong size ordered by the customer
• Customer changed their mind or dislikes the product
• Wrong shipping address provided by the customer
• False "not received" claims where tracking confirms delivery
• Delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events

Return Process:

For Low-Value Items (under $29): We recommend keeping the product. We will offer a partial refund or resend the item, as international return shipping costs often exceed the product value.

For High-Value Items (above $29): Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a return and provide further instructions. Please note that customs fees, inspection fees, and applicable restocking charges will be the customer's responsibility.
